The Growth of Trade Union Groups
During the Industrial Revolution, trade unions were formed. There were different groups that were formed, one who gathered workers together and fought against employers to make sure everyone was treated fairly. Over a period of time, people changed their fighting methods for fair treatment. There had to be a leader of the group who would represent the members and negotiate with other employers about treating everybody fairly within the workers. All of this led to equality between all workers. Thus the trade union groups the Industrial Revolution because of this.
The Growth of Middle-Class
The middle-class during the Industrial Revolution was mainly built up of professionals and business men. Because of the rapid growth of the Industrial Revolution, education was of increasing interest by the middle-class. Ultimately, disease levels deteriorated due to the middle-class obtaining favourable food and housing. Population numbers increasing led to the rise of the middle-class and allowed them to flourish during the Industrial Revolution.
